MSV’s in-house maintenance team, Property Services, provides day to day, void and capital works programmes across the group.
 
We currently have positions for Painters and Decorators to join our painting team to assist in:
carrying out day to day repairs
carrying out work on void properties
delivering internal and external decoration refurbishments on the cyclical painting programme.
 
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role along with previous training. Holding an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is essential and you must have experience of maintenance work on domestic properties and also of the ordering of materials. With the ability to work in a variety of conditions, you will work well on your own and as part of a team. You will be expected to supervise an apprentice and ensure they receive the training and mentoring to achieve their training requirement.

The successful applicant will also need a full UK driving license and possess a full well-maintained tool kit at all times.
