Property Surveyor

Surveyor x 2
Duration: 3-month contract
Location: Hampshire - 1 x Basingstoke/Aldershot and 1 x Eastleigh/Portsmouth
Pay: Equivalent to GBP31,700 pa

Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside a rapidly growing Housing Association who require 2 surveyors to join their Hampshire team.

Duties include:

• Make sure all inspections are carried out on void properties and ensuring all contractors are adhering to the company's standards.
• ensure the Repairs team and contractors have all relevant and reliable information in order to carry out repairs and address areas of concern.
• To assist with investigations and provide technical knowledge where needed
• Undertake quality checks of contractor works, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality of work.

The candidate:

• Experience of repairs and voids in the housing sector
• Experience of monitoring the work of contractors
• Technical building knowledge
• Able to work unsupervised
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle at all times
