Rikama Education are currently looking for 2 SEN Teachers for a school in Tonbridge within a busy yet welcoming and friendly team.
The school are a 4-19 Special School for children & young people with physical disabilities or complex needs. The school has an extremely large site with high quality teaching, social and health care facilities.
A staff team of over 160 people provide specialist teaching, therapies and care to an exceptionally high standard. Our client is a foundation special school who are part of the Kent SEN Trust, which is a co-operative trust of ten schools working together to improve outcomes for all the children and young people attending the school
We are currently looking for a number of SEN Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistants to work in the Tonbridge area
Your day to day duties will include:
Teaching children (cross curriculum) with PMLD and PD or ASD with a particular emphasis on differentiated
learning
The maintenance of student records and individual learning plans
Assisting students with their educational and social development on a group basis
Adapting your approach depending on the students' needs
