WR HVAC, a division of White Recruitment is on the lookout for ambitious engineers to join our HVAC & FM team of recruiters who work with the leading air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation manufactures and a number of contractors within the Facilities Management sector. We recruit the best salespeople, managers and engineers for our clients.
We would like you to bring your industry and technical knowledge and we'll teach you all there is to know about recruitment and help you have a new and rewarding career in the fast paced world of recruitment.
You'll be working with hiring managers and engineers to match them together. Whilst this is a predominantly office based sales job you'll be expected to visit your customers to build deeper relationships. There is plenty of demand for recruiters in the HVAC sector and being someone from the industry you'll have the edge over the competition.
You will work to achievable targets, be given lots of training and work in an amazing office environment.
This role would suit an engineer looking for an opportunity to become a trainee recruitment consultant, sales executive, sales engineer, internal sales, customer service, account manager.

* GBP20,000-30,000 dependant on experience
