HR Administrator - Bridgend - GBP18k-GBP23k

Our client is a leading, UK based financial services company. Working closely alongside Insurance and Finance brokers this organisation has an urgent requirement for an HR Administrator to join their team and support their offices based throughout England.

The role will include but not be limited to:

* Preparing Offer Letters and Contract of Employments for new starters

* Manage the probation period, seeking feedback and escalating any issues to Senior Management

* Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures with guidance provided by external HR Consultancy Advisors

* Monitor absences and act as first point of contact for queries

* Processing and monitoring of holidays requests

* Manage the leaver process

* Process monthly payroll for approximately 60 members of staff using SAGE Payroll

About you:

* Have experience in an HR Administrator role

* Knowledge of HR / Payroll legislation

* Have good working knowledge of MS Excel / Word, SAGE Accounts & SAGE payroll

* Have outstanding attention to detail

* Be an excellent communicator
