Our Client, a Housing Association are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi tradesman to join their growing team (reactive/voids). This is a permanent position with a Van, Fuel card supplied
You will begin the day from your home address where you will travel to jobs which are distributed to your PDA (hand-held device).
Areas Covering
South West London and surrounding areas
The Person
* Working knowledge of a building and/or housing environment
* Able to deliver excellent customer service (essential)
* Relevant City and Guilds/NVQ qualifications (or qualified by experience)
* Able to use a PDA (hand-held device) and on occasion a computer
* Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
* Must have own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
The Skills
* Repair and replacement of baths, sinks, toilets, water tanks, wash basins and pipework
* Clearing blockages
* Tiling
* Carpentry repairs
* Plastering - patch repairs, bond and set, plaster board, finishing and rendering
