About the role
This is a brand new position within the Business Support area that has been created to assist and support the various teams at our Client in meeting their outcomes and objectives.

You will work collaboratively with the teams in order to understand their requirements, provide admin support and where possible ensure value for money. There will be no such thing as a typical day but you will get involved in arranging travel and accommodation for colleagues, organising catering for meetings and small events, processing expense claims and using management information. 

You will also get involved with arranging meetings and liaising across the different teams to ensure a streamlined communication process using new technology and embracing new ways of working.

About you
Your interpersonal skills will be well developed and you will be adept at engaging with a diverse range of different people. Self-motivated, your organisation skills will underpin your ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise your workload.

Polite and customer focussed when dealing with others you will have excellent IT skills and be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
