Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join the team on a permanent basis, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the team as well as cooking food to a very high standard.
This will involve:
* Overall responsibility for the kitchens daily operations
* Leading and motivating a team to produce a high quality service and great experience for the customer
* Adhering to all health and safety and food hygiene procedures and making sure everyone else follows this
* Being able to cope under pressure and make the best decisions quickly
* Lead by example in the kitchen
* Building good relationships with your team
You must have previous experience leading and motivating a team in a Kitchen environment.
Working hours are 45 - 50 hours a week over a period of 5 days
This position will come with a salary of GBP25,000 per annum
This will involve:
