Senior Legal Claims Executive

Reporting into the Legal Services Team Leader - The Senior Legal Services Executive will be responsible for coaching and monitoring Legal Services Administrators and Executives, who deal with flight delay compensation claims made under EC Regulation 261/2004, and ensuring high quality standards are maintained. The role also includes drafting witness statements, auditing payments, ensuring court administration deadlines are met, and deputising in the Team Leader's absence. From the Commercial perspective, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing witness statements and providing feedback to Team Members.
