SALES NEGOTIATOR
Negotiator St Albans
My client is a well-established multi-site agency. They are looking for a negotiator to join their flagship branch in St Albans City Centre. They are one if no the market leader in the local area.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and property register potential buyers and sellers
Undertake viewings
Canvassing Local properties
Following up viewings and securing offers
Undertake negotiations on behalf of the seller
Agree and achieve individual sales targets
Comply with all relevant laws and legislation that affects residential sales
Monitor and evaluate the number of house sales, viewings number of inspections
Achieve a certain amount of financial service appointments
Achieve Conveyancing referrals
The right candidate must possess residential sales valuations experience and a minimum of 12 months estate agency experience. Full Knowledge of relevant laws and legislation affecting residential sales. Applicants must possess:-
Excellent communications skills (written & verbal)
Good negotiation and influence skills
Excellent phone manner
Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
