We are currently working with a company based out in Tonbridge to recruit for a Warehouse Supervisor. IMMEDIATE START! The company has continued to trade and grow over the last few years and forecasts this to grow even more throughout the foreseeable future. They are looking for someone to drive a busy warehouse to reach daily targets and KPI's. To assist with development of core and key staff members
Duties and responsibilities:
?? To ensure all day to day requirements of operation are met.
?? Meet our productivity Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
?? To carry out any deliverable training for warehouse operations
?? Keep up to date records of training
?? Ensure maintenance checks are carried out and records kept
?? Manage and maintain communication with staff on any updates to the business or any pulse/tool box talks that are required
?? Work on you are own or as part of a team
?? Ensure that the warehouse is kept tidy and a 'hazard free' working area
?? To review performance of all staff
?? To recruit personnel alongside head of operations when required
?? Carry out full disciplinary if required
Additional:
?? Forklifts license
?? Supervisory Experience
