Warehouse Operative
Our clients Gist are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives based in Enfield.
You will work within a warehouse team in a multi customer chilled environment, handling goods from intake through to dispatch in a safe and accurate manner, providing an efficient and reliable service to the customer.

The Warehouse Operative Role will include:
Working as part of a small close knit team, they are offering start times through-out the day and night based and are currently recruiting full time, part time and seasonal roles. Weekend work will be required with this position.

You will ensure that you achieve:
• Unloading vehicles, and breaking down loads
• Scanning and picking product accurately
• Building loads and loading into vehicles
• Using powered pallet trucks and other equipment to move stock around the warehouse
• Maintaining a safe working environment, taking an active responsibility for your own safety
• Weekend working is required
No experience required as full training and support is provided from day 1.
They are looking for 5 candidates to join the days team and 5 candidates to join the nights team. Candidates must be available to join an assessment centre on Wednesday 30th January at 2pm.
The successful Warehouse Operative will have the following skills:
• The ability to communicate well with those around you

• Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize where needed
• Be able to work well within a team

• Contracts of up to 40 hours a week, flexible hours available
• Salary of £9.45 per hour
• Weekend working and evening shifts available

• London Weighting of £520 per annum for full time contracts (pro-rata for part time)
• Premiums for night and weekend work
