An exciting opportunity is now open for an experienced Senior Associate Consultant (SAC) to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

As a SAC you will be tasked with designing and delivering project phases within a substantial project or delivering small scale, discreet projects.

Your main responsibility will be to support Consultants & Senior Consultants, but to also take ownership & leadership of discrete projects, managing clients and generating profitable business with senior supervision & oversight. Tasks are likely to be many & varied; you will be expected to deliver work across several areas.

  • Work alongside the Customer Experience team to design, develop and deliver customer insight work, translate outputs into strategic plans
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of strategic frameworks and approaches, along with appropriate tactics, and able to apply these based on brand situation, market dynamics, customer needs etc
  • Develop brand strategy and brand plans
  • Develop multichannel strategies and tactical plans
  • Act as strategic counsel and a trusted advisor to clients
  • Analyze and evaluate multichannel marketing performance and make optimization recommendations
  • Brief Associate Consultants and help manage their outputs and deliverables and act as a role model
  • Project management: manage clients, internal stakeholders and third party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and are of high quality

Experience/qualifications and skills:

Essential

  • Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills
  • Degree ideally in marketing, business or life sciences
  • Healthcare marketing experience agency-side or client-side highly desired
  • Able to monitor time, quality and costs on a project and make recommendations or adjustments as necessary
  • An accomplished presenter, comfortable presenting and selling strategic ideas to senior level managers 
  • Previous experience at Associate level in at least one of these areas:
  • Strategy and planning: knowledge of strategic planning processes setting up insight generation via primary (qual & quant) and secondary research and transitioning insights into strategic recommendations
  • Brand strategy and planning: positioning and messaging development, writing creative briefs
  • Customer experience: experience of the full lifecycle of iterative UCD or service design, from initial research, through to full specification, and the willingness to apply these techniques to higher-level customer experience problems.
  • Tactical knowledge: familiarity with digital tactics and best practice, including owned web sites and portals, content partnerships, mobile, social, eDetailing, remote detailing, webinars and reach tactics such as PPC, SEO, email etc.
  • Optimisation: experience of using web analytics and metrics and an understanding of how to measure and assess digital performance
  • Project management: experience of project management techniques and processes e.g. Scrum/PRINCE2
