Mechanical Assembler / Technician / Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: GBP27,700 - GBP35,000 - Day Shift - MON - FRI
Rota: Monday - Friday - 8 am 4.30 pm - OT paid at higher rate
Contract: Full Time
My client is looking for a Mechanical Assembler / Technician / Engineer to join their manufacturing plant based in the Milton Keynes area. The mechanical assembler will be working alongside the existing team across the full spectrum of the assembly process of large commercial equipment.
The key responsibilities of the Mechanical Assembler / Technician / Engineer include;
Working to a process of assembly
Working within the health and safety standards of the client business
General mechanical building of equipment
The minimum requirements of the Mechanical Assembler / Technician / Engineer are;
An NVQ (or equivalent) in a mechanical engineering or related subject
Experience working within a mechanical environment
A FLT licence would be beneficial but is not essential
To be mechanically minded and a keen problem solver
The client is prepared to offer the Mechanical Assembler / Technician / Engineer;
A basic 40 hour working week
Monday - Friday 8 am - 4.30 pm
Overtime available at an enhanced rate
All training will be provided on site - on the job
