I am looking for a Plumber for a response repairs local authority contract
Benefits:
Working directly for a housing association with a strong financial position and constant stream of work coming through. The team have a low turnover and have properties in the thousands. Van and fuel card will be supplied.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance work on all plumbing aspects from remedial repairs to repairing flood damage to residential properties
* Day to day repairs across the local housing stock
* Customer focused
* Problem solver
Requirements
* Good communication skills, excellent time keeping, a professional manner and excellent customer service
* Clean & tidy
* Basic Handtools
