Our team is growing, and we’re now looking for a Care Support Worker to join us.

Your Role    

As a Care Support Worker, you will support people with complex needs, helping them with day-to-day tasks in their own homes and out in the community.    

About You    

While no experience is essential, to join us as a Care Support Worker, you will need:    

- A full driving licence
- Great communication skills    
- A positive attitude    
- The desire to learn and grow    
- Strong team-working skills    

Ideally, you'll have experience of supporting someone with autism and/or complex needs, however training will be provided. 

Other organisations may call this role Care Worker, Support Worker, Trainee Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Trainee Carer, Personal Care Assistant or Junior Social Care Worker.    

This is a full time role, working shifts between 8:00 – 22:00 plus sleep ins.
