Part Time Experienced Sales Negotiator

Based in our Torquay office, we are looking to recruit a part-time Sales Negotiator

Within this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of buyers including sales progression, generating viewings and obtaining offers on properties. It will also include marketing to win new business for the office.

This opportunity will also involve conducting viewings with prospective purchasers and following up on feedback from these. You will be responsible for maintaining records on an internal database, as well as handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have experience working as a Sales negotiator or similar sales orientated business, with knowledge of the local region surrounding the Torquay office.

You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and clients, whilst also having a proven track record in closing sales.

You will need to hold a full driving license and have use of your own car. Car Expenses/milege paid.

Working hours & Salary:

Min 25 hours per week (10am-3pm)

Salary dependant upon experience.
