Job Title: Seasonal Tractor Trailer Drivers and Tour Guide
Location: Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea
Salary:
- Over 21 - £9 per hour
- 18 to 20 - £6 per hour
Job Type: Full and Part time (Up to 40hrs per week), Seasonal (April 2019 - October 2019)
The Company:
The Estate extends over 25,000 acres and has an annual turnover of £19m. The land and property based enterprise include residential lettings, commercial lettings, property maintenance and development, farming, forestry, country sports, a hotel, a holiday park, beach and car parks. The operations centred on Holkham Hall include day visitors, catering, filing, outdoor events and concerts.
The Estate policy is to manage the location as a progressive commercial operation set within a thriving local community where rural values are upheld. The aim is to ensure the long-term prosperity of the Estate and of those who live and work on it.
The Role:
The Estate provides guided tours around the grounds on their classic vintage tractor so they're looking for drivers and guides to cover the busy summer period.
Tractor Trailer Driver
They're looking for a customer focussed individual who enjoys being outside and working with visitors. Since you'll be driving their vintage tractor towing a passenger carrying trailer on tours around the estate a full, clean driving licence is essential.
Additional hours are available driving their buggies which carry visitors to and from the walled garden in the park.
Tour Guide
You'll need to be an excellent communicator to deliver a commentary on their informative and fun trailer tours around the park.
