Bloomberg Intelligence - Operations Specialist

The BI operations team supports approximately 300 analysts, editors and economists to assure our written content and data grids are created and curated efficiently and then presented to Bloomberg clients effectively. We are looking for an individual with a good combination of technical, analytical and teaching skills combined with strong sense of collaboration.

We'll trust you to:

• Train BI analysts and editors on the use of BI's publishing systems, including EQED and EQRS
• Gather system requirements for improve the usability of BI's publishing systems
• Troubleshoot and escalate publishing system issues
• Prepare reports to evaluate readership and use of BI's research and BI
• Liaise with sales on upcoming BI-specific EMEA sales campaigns and analysing results
• Supervise any BI specific outsourcing operations in Europe
• Interact with the global BI operations teams on best practices

You need to have:

• Extensive and proven project management experience (Agile Scrum or Agile Kanban preferred)
• Sophisticated excel skills
• BDAP/Blade Experience
• .Net application familiarity/experience (preferred)
