Starting hourly rate is - £9.37 + commission

You will join the team as a Sales Executive - NO COLD CALLING - all warm leads. It's an expanding team who are based in very modern offices. It's a great working environment and a fantasic opportunity for the right person.

The company provide financial services to array of customers.

You will be responsible for calling warm leads obtained from customers who have already enquired about their services (pension/insurance) via social media and internet services / applications there is no cold calling - you will be working from warm leads.

The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills and will have gained experience working in a busy, target driven environment. You must be flexible and money motivated as this role provides the opportunity to earn excellent money with uncapped commission. Whilst previous sales experience is advantageous it is not a requirement as we pride ourselves on our unique and highly successful training program.

Salary is £18,000 rising to £20,000 upon successful completion of probation period.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 10am - 7pm and 45 minutes break and Friday 9am - 3.30pm

This company is very sociable with many nights out and incentives! Holidays will increase to 22 days + bank holidays on completion of 12 weeks.
