Additional Information

- The role is located in the Asset Management Team. Asset Management includes the Group Procurement and Engineering functions and belongs to Business Excellence division.

- Our client is undergoing a period of significant change including consolidation of functions at the group level and reorganisation, both formal and informal. This is important in the context of the historically high degree of local independence, which is increasingly impacted by the emerging group functions. The key stakeholders are the country Procurement and Engineering Directors and in all project activity it is important to maintain the balance between securing their buy-in and achieving strong progress. The working environment is dynamic and sometimes unstructured, so will suit a self-starter who is keen to work towards building the optimum levels of structure, is driven by results but also diplomatic and can work through influence.

- European travel is expected (usually 2-5 days a month)

- Procurement Master Data cover Materials, Vendors and Contracts. Changes to the template are difficult to effect. DB and its Shared Service Centre own parts of the operational Master Data activity.

- Engineering Master Data cover Functional Location Structure, Fleet Equipment / Equipment Record, Maintenance Assemblies, Measuring Points, Production Resource & Tools, Equipment BoMs, Work Centres, HR Mini Master. Engineering template has been designed and justified changes can be implemented relatively easily.
