This innovative Fintech and Cyber company expanding at a fast rate based in London, is looking for an enthusiastic and committed person with creativity and organisation skills to support the sales, marketing and office activities efficiently.
This is a fantastic time for a dedicated person to accelerate their career progression by joining a rapidly growing company at an early stage. It provides an opportunity to get experience and contribute in Marketing, Sales, Project & Office management of a dynamic start-up now scaling up.
The dynamic culture of the company allows a driven person to prove themselves and grow into senior role. Ideally, the suitable candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing and office management.

- Attitude to get things done in a timely manner.
- Driven, proactive, organised, dedicated, meticulous, flexible and looking to learn a lot at a start-up.
- Team builder and ability to inspire co-workers by setting examples.
- You strive for quality and success and love to do research and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- You have attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate core messages in short and punchy manner.
- Creativity and confidence to come up with new ideas and voice it to improve company profitability.
- Native level in English (additional language skills are a bonus!).
- You have an interest in cyber security and the online environment (desirable but not essential).
Key Skills:
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as project management programs.
- Ability to work independently and learn new things by conducting research rather than waiting to be told.
- Familiar with a variety of design, publishing and marketing tools and platforms.
Activities:
- Full involvement in the strategy and execution of their marketing and PR initiatives.
- Supporting and organising sales and business development activities including maintaining the CRM system.
- Creating, editing and preparing content to be published on social media channels & their website.
- Track marketing developments and translate these into creative concepts.
- Assist on creating and preparing outreach materials including emails, flyers, newsletters etc.
- Assisting at conferences and client meetings.
- Office management activities including sales order management, invoicing and other accounts and admin activities.
- Project management and reporting including coordinating with clients and managing analysts' workload to ensure timely delivery and performance management.
You will be working alongside experienced professionals from financial industry and many aspects of the UK government and military background.
Salary according to agreement and performance.
