Technical Administrator/Coordinator
Wrexham

Our client is a manufacturing company that specialise within the can making industry; they are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join the engineering department based on Wrexham Industrial Estate.

Our client has been established in 1993, supplying expertise and equipment to the beverage can industry worldwide. The fully automated high speed machines for printing beverage cans at speeds above 2000 per minute are designed, manufactured, build and tested in Wrexham and exported all over the world.

The company prides itself for innovation flexibility and a great team in a friendly working environment. Teamwork, learning and flexibility are important for all.

They are looking to recruit a logical thinking, self-motivated, experienced Technical Administrator with hands on and professional approach. The ideal candidate will have experience in a previous administrative role, ideally within the manufacturing sector.

Job Specification:

  • Administrative duties for the manufacturing department, covering part costings, stock management and financial reporting.
  • Provide full administrative support to the team.
  • Answering the telephone and distributing calls accordingly, or taking messages where appropriate.

Person Criteria:

  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of MRP systems preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Natural organisation and planning skills.
  • A hard working and self-motivated work ethic.
  • The enthusiasm to progress and develop their skills.
