This independent letting agency, based in Shoreditch is looking for a hungry, motivated salesperson to come and join an ever expanding front office team.

You'll get:

A basic monthly salary, company car and an excellent commission package (market leading in fact) - that makes 40k plus in year one easily achievable. Their last new starter came to them three months ago and earnt at the rate of 40k in his second month, and just over 50k in month 3.

Excellent progression prospects, and a well-defined path to promotion. They have a set structure that new starters can move through over their first year, and increased commission rates and generous incentives are payable for hitting agreed business targets.

The opportunity to work in a fun, non-corporate environment - which doesn't entail spending your entire working life sat behind a desk. Although they work hard, they run a 'grown up' office. Suits are not essential, they have an office dog, and the atmosphere is good. As an agent, you'll also be out-and about a fair bit, and their busiest guys are probably out of the office as much as they're in.

You'll need:

- Ambition and drive. Their biggest earners are generally their hardest workers
- Sales experience. You'll need to be able to demonstrate some sales experience. They don't mind what you've sold previously (within reason!), however you'll need to be able to show them some experience in sales
- Great people skills. You'll be a natural rapport builder
- A driving licence
