Our client based in Wigston are looking for a Data Analyst to join their well established team. The company have a excellent reputation in the industry and work with global brands.
The purpose of the role will be to assist the Data Analysis Manager with regular and ad hoc data analysis for all major accounts. Looking at sales data on a daily basis, you will prepare reports and assist key stakeholders in making sound commercial decisions. Responsibilities will include weekly sales and stock reporting and analysis. Tracking and forecasting retrospective rebates. Sales trend analysis by line, margin analysis, stock analysis and assisting Data Analysis Manager in driving useful commercial insight.
Requirements:
My client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, therefore you must have worked in the same or similar role for 2 years +.
Excellent understanding of excel.
Organised and methodical approach.
Enthusiastic and eager.
Excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working with numbers.
Ability to work calmly under pressure and to deadlines.
£21,000 - £23,000 pa + fantastic benefits after successful period.
