Due to expansion, a superb opportunity is available for an organised and driven office professional to join a reputable business within a support role which will constantly develop as the company continues to grow.
Who will I be working with?
Tension Control Bolts (TCB) is a designer, manufacturer and worldwide distributor of the most efficient High Strength Pre-loaded bolting system. Having made significant investment into technology since the company was established 20 years ago, the business operates in a lean manner to provide an efficient service for customers across the globe, which has led to an outstanding reputation built by a dedicated and professional team of 30 personnel.
What will the role of European Sales Coordinator (French Speaking) entail?
Taking a hands on approach to office tasks working alongside the team, as a Sales Coordinator your role will be varied and busy with main responsibilities and duties to include:
- Generating quotations for overseas customers
- Processing sales orders for overseas customers
- Checking stock availability
- Coordinating delivery transportation for varying parts of the world
- Liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve queries and ensure deliveries made within deadlines
- Devising and sending email marketing campaigns
- Preparing correspondence
- Answering the telephone
- Participating in daily team meetings to ensure maximum efficiency and delivery of high service levels
- Assisting with other office tasks as required
What will I need to be considered for this European Sales Coordinator (French Speaking) vacancy?
- Fluent in French and possibly other languages
- Broad range of office experience gained whilst working within a small team environment
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload effectively, and take ownership of challenges in a dynamic business, working with minimal supervision and using initiative
- High level of numeracy and literacy skills, along with excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate/advanced level working knowledge of: Microsoft Office packages - Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Working knowledge of computerised accounting software
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work, with commitment to deliver business support accurately and under pressure, within tight deadlines
- Reliable, organised and diligent, with an excellent telephone manner
- Can do attitude and a willingness to learn

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000, level dependent on experience
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business and clients.
Duration: Permanent
Location: Wrexham (North Wales)
