As a Shift/HR Advisor you will plan and manage employee operations to ensure coverage across all areas of duties within the business.
As a Shift/HR Advisor you will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing employee operations such as:
- Annual leave policy
- Flexible working arrangements
- Training
- Sickness
Develop procedures around the above.
To be a successful candidate you will require experience and knowledge in:
- European and National Legislation governing working time regulations
- Large scale resource planning
- Event planning and management
- Experience within a large organisation - preferably public sector
