The ideal Team Leader will have strong background in a fast paced Contact Centre environment and has the ability to naturally inspire a team to deliver the best customer experience. To be successful in this role you would have great self confidence and determination to provide accurate and quality work. This could be seen in your coaching, administration, attention to detail when reviewing staff performance.

Desirable Experience

- 1+ years experience as a Call Centre Team Leader

- Confident presentation skills

- A clear understanding of the coaching process

- Excellent IT literacy

- Hands on approach to team tasks/activities
