We are searching for the Perfect HR Manager for an amazing business in The Midlands.

There is a very exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR Generalist to join a well-established Global Medical Brand that has set down new roots in the UK. The role, based in the Midlands with the most exciting part being the future planning within the HR team. The role is within a first class HR function set up by an amazing HR director.

Role Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for managing a first class HR team, and building and maintaining strong relationships with the leadership team. This role is key part of the UK management, you will be used to consulting with and challenging senior stakeholders, within the role the stakeholders being global add to the challenge.

Looking for somebody who is thinking of the future and has a great level of creativity and can make a role their own. While building upon and implementing new innovative HR programmes to positively impact the business as a whole while keeping that personal touch. While building on what the current HRD has achieved, this is not a maintenance role.

You will be responsible for the core management and programmes within the HR department. As a company they are investing in people! Identifying talent, creating the programmes that optimise the growth from that point through to developing the team to strengthen the overall performance.

Being approachable and open to communication will aid in your advisory skills within all aspects of the team, whether that be Heads of Departments, or contract employees, right through to internal customers at all levels.

This role will suit a results based individual with a very high potential and the ambition to step into the No.1 position in a few years while at the same time learning from a very well respected and high achieving HR Director. You will have a passion for developing your own team, ensuring coaching to accelerate their career also

You will have:

  • Demonstrable behavioural change within business and ability to implement high level HR
  • Experience within analysis, from this, creating training plans and ensuring talent solutions
  • Eager to develop and have a succession plan
  • Recruitment skills, versatile and collaborative on approach.
  • CIPD (Full or Part Qualified)
  • Bachelors or the equivalent of in HR, Business Admin or a similar area
