TEACHING ASSISTANT - Required from December 2017
Non class based Teaching Assistant with experience of Read Write Inc, required for a specialist role. Riverside Primary is looking for an experienced, highly committed TA with training in READ WRITE INC to help support the programme in school. The role will include;
- The confidence and ability to cover across the range of Read Write Inc. levels.
- To support top up sessions on a daily basis.
- Tailor schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the Read Write Inc. course
- Facilitate learning by establishing a strong relationship with pupils
- Create and organise learning resources effectively for the Read Write Inc. team
- Complete assessments across Foundation and Key Stage 1 and support in data analysis
- Work with members of the senior leadership team to support Read Write Inc.
- To provide support and guidance to Read Write Inc. teaching assistants
- To fulfil other roles of a teaching assistant, such as playground duties
- Support with internal training for Read Write Inc.
