Role:

This is an exciting hands-on opportunity that requires some who is technically minded to work on permanent basis for our food and drink client near Manchester. The ideal candidate will either have worked as an IT Manager, IT Service Desk Manager or have extensive 2nd line Support and Team Lead experience, with the main areas of strength being across Microsoft and Citrix.

Key Responsibilities:

The IT Manager will be responsible for IT desktop services within the company including managing a small team, dealing with KPI's and SLA's. It is an extremely hands on technical role which come with its own challenges, being pro-active and enthusiastic is a must.

What You Will Need:

*Extensive experience dealing with roll outs, back up's and desktop management
*Extensive experience dealing with IT company security
*Have extensive knowledge of Microsoft, Windows and Citrix
*Experience using the SCCM system
*Capable of communicating effectively to a range of people ie technical, non-technical backgrounds and managerial
*Experience managing a number of people (for example desktop analyst or a developer etc...)
*Must be naturally Pro-active
