Reporting straight to the Sales Director, the Business Development Manager will be expected to develop new business selling their award winning portfolio with a full range of Payroll Services.

The Role:
The Business Development Manager will be liaising with an elite client base ranging from SME to large corporate operations selling a range of Umbrella Services. This role will be covering the UK pitching to key decision makers and interacting with Recruitment Companies and temporary contractors. You will need to be prepared to work within a fast paced sales environment and to build a strong client base to maximise revenue opportunities.
The Candidate:
The Business Development Manager candidates ideally require experience selling Umbrella Services E.g. Payroll Bureau, Accountancy services. It is essential to have a track record of continuously exceeding targets. The ideal candidate will have a clear hunger for success, uphold excellent communication skills and good telephone etiquette, be very self-motivated and customer focused as it is vital to building lasting relationships with your customers in order to retain and maximise business.
The Package:
For the successful candidate the role offers a competitive basic salary of GBP40,000 per annum. On top of this you will receive a rewarding commission plan of up to GBP60,000 alongside a good benefits package.
