Our prestigious and well regarded clients, based just out side of Harlow, Essex, are now in the market for a temporary Customer Services Administrator to joint their busy team. Its a very varied role and would suit candidates with a flexible nature and a 'can do' attitude ! Duties will involve ;
•Answering incoming calls and checking stock availability
•Dealing with any queries or delivery options
•General administrative tasks to include filing, photocopying, data entry of orders
•Generally helping out where necessary
Our clients are hoping to secure a candidate WHO IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY and who has the following ;
•Some commercial office experience
•A good telephone manner and able to deal with people at all levels
•A good workign knowledge of MS Word and Excel
•An organised approach
