HR Assistant Based in Grangemouth Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join the RSM HR Consulting team based out of RSMs Grangemouth office. As part of the Centre of Excellence providing external HR support to clients across the country you would support a team of HR Consultants in the provision of HR compliance work and payroll administration, ensuring our clients obtain excellent customer service at all times. Our HR Consultancy offers flexible HR solutions and support ensuring clients are fully compliant with all areas of human resources and employment law. Your role would focus on HR and payroll administration, responsibilities will include o Supporting Consultants with all administrative duties, liaising closely to ensure a consistent approach to clients o Developing employee handbooks, draft contracts of employment, prepare files in advance of meetings o Providing regular payroll administration and coordination o Assisting with client queries over telephone and via email, providing timely and accurate responses o Overseeing recruitment campaigns o Reviewing current administrative processes and make recommendations for improved productivity The role will suit an intelligent and ambitious individual with a keen interest in HR and looking for an opportunity to develop a career within HR consultancy. Experience in a HR/corporate environment would be advantageous but is not essential. You must be well organised with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work to tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise and build relationships at many levels. With almost 3500 partners and staff across 35 offices generating a fee income of over GBP300 million, you would be joining one of the 3 principal midmarket accountancy firms at a particularly exciting time.
