Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking for ambitious self-starter with a positive attitude who is comfortable in a changing environment. Due to our client's continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join the rapidly growing team. We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer that has experience in implementing lean processes and should be able to cope with a fast paced environment along with being able to hit the ground running from the start.
Main Duties:
* Interact with manufacturing and quality and supplier personnel to review and disposition supplier related quality issues
* Resolve Supplier Quality concerns on current production parts
* Report defective materials to supply base
* Organize separation and containment of supplier suspect stock
* Assure disposition of supplier scrap as defined by the procedure
* Lead supplier through problem solving process, assuring root causes is identified and permanent corrective actions are implemented
* Verification of supplier corrective actions
* Follow and report on status of corrective actions
* Audit suppliers in relation to quality concerns
* Prepare and present supplier concerns for internal and external reviews
* Lead supplier with improvement / Step Down Activities
* Preparation and presentation of reports as required by Management in relation to supplier activities
* Monthly reporting for supplier performance reporting (GSPS)
Essential
* AS9100/ISO9100
* Working knowledge of EASA Part 21G
* Management of the Quality Management System
Desirable
* Experience within an Assembly facility
* Experience with Composite materials
