What you'll be doing
Reporting into the Senior Digital Planning Manager, you will be managing the digital roadmap for the Digital Existing Customer team. You'll be responsible for:
- Owning the front door into the Digital Existing Customer team so new requirements from across the business are understood and refined, ensuring they dovetail with our own Digital goals so we deliver the best outcome for the Digital channel and our customers.
- Manage a rolling 2 year plan for the whole Digital Existing Customer team, identifying opportunities, interdependencies and conflicts across different projects. This includes both service and retention roadmaps.
- Influencing and driving a digital first agenda with BT Consumer's Commercial leads including our product and proposition teams.
- Working collaboratively with BT's trading teams to understand today's challenges and find solutions to deliver change through Agile and waterfall development cycles.
- Partnering with the Digital Experience team to influence our Technology team so the best solutions can be found that deliver benefit as quickly as possible.
- Defining the size of the prize by creating compelling business cases that accurately forecast benefits including reductions to PTC (Propensity to Contact), channel share growth and improvements to NPS (Net Promoter Score)

- You'll have a good handle on digital best practice
- Experienced at creating compelling business cases that impress Finance
- Can craft easy to understand requirements that capture your vision entirely
- Ability to create experiences that drive channel share and NPS
- Competent facilitation and management skills for influencing immediate and virtual teams
- Loves numbers and analysing data trends
- Great at solving problems
- Energetic and passionate with attention to detail to deliver quality every time
- Is great on Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of web analytics packages including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, SessionCam, OpinionLab as well as Adobe Campaign Manager is a bonus
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to influence at all levels to get the job done
- Strong self-starter that's able to work alone and bring other people with them
