STORE MANAGER WANTED FOR ICONIC LUXURY BRAND TO MANAGE THEIR BEAUTIFUL STORE IN CENTRAL CAMBRIDGE
My client is a long established luxury fragrance brand renowned for its unique & vintage scents. they create a shopping atmosphere that is like nothing you will have experienced before. They offer exquisite skin care ranges for both men & women that are always immaculately presented, a feature they are renowned for.
They are now looking for a dynamic Store Manager for their well established store in Cambridge to drive sales & promote the brand. You will be prepared for high footfall & a very high energy environment. You must be KPI aware & target driven with a track record of developing your team & sales success.
You must have;
* Previous experience working as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager
essential within a fashion, cosmetics, beauty or accessories retail environment
* Managed turnovers of at least GBP1m +
* Commerciality is key- must be KPI driven and have a proven track record
* Know how to drive sales through a team
* Strong visual experience
* Be an effective people manager, who knows how to develop talent and be a
strong motivational leader
* Charismatic, driven and motivational leader
* Must be able to work in a challenging and competitive environment, and cope well
under pressure.
