An oil and gas manufacturer in Hampshire are seeking a Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team. If you have experience in implementing production processes and knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen and SPC, then you may be the Engineer were looking for. What will you be doing? As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, youll be responsible for optimising the production process/flow to create optimal production control and increase volume output across various factories. Youll have the ability to develop and implement production quality control systems, as well as increase productivity. In addition to this, youll work closely with senior members of the team to develop and drive continuous improvements to ultimately maximise quality output. What skills/experience should you have? Expert in implementing production processes and quality control systems on highly complex production processes. Expert in key manufacturing quality methods such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen and SPC. Experienced in working with large amounts of process data and developing quality control measures, analytics and processes around this data. Worked in regulated industries. Experience of working in low volume manufacturing environments. Engineering qualification. Who will you be working for?
