Senior FPGA Design Engineer Salary up to GBP45,000.00 East Midlands My client is a worldleading innovator in video wall, multi display and video capture technology. Due to continued success they are looking for a Senior FPGA Design Engineer to join the Hardware Department. You will be based in the East Midlands office and will be involved in the development and validation of a range of cuttingedge products in the computer graphics and digital video markets. Role & Responsibilities: Strong communication skills you will be liaising with various teams so it is essential that youre able to communicate effectively and confidently Analysis of failures and feeding solutions back into the design flow Guiding the work of junior engineers and peer review of HDL and FPGA designs Debug of embedded software that interacts with FPGA functions communication with software engineers to agree APIs and test strategies Delivery of FPGA designs for product releases that meet functional requirements, performance goals and coding standards HDL integration and system validation to develop high speed digital and mixed signal systems based on FPGAs Architecting HDL block designs from scratch considering product requirements, test requirements and design reuse Skills & Experience: Fluent in HDL design using either VHDL or Verilog Team working skills and good verbal and written communications A systematic and analytical approach to debug and problem solving, and an ability to communicate with the rest of the team to discuss, agree and document possible solutions Benefits: 24 days annual leave Flexible working core hours 104 Cycle to work scheme Onsite parking Employee Pension capped at 3% by employer Discretionary bonus based on company and own performance Sthree UK is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
