Senior Digital Electronics Engineer

The Role: You will be joining the company at a particularly exciting time of growth as they acquire some higher profile clients. You will focus on high level design of digital circuits and embedded systems. Responsibilities Will Include: The design of robust digital hardware for embedded systems. These will be based on either microcontroller or FPGA technologies. Development of embedded software. Managing a small team and distribution of tasks to other engineers and production staff. Taking new designs from prototype through to production of flight hardware. Skills Required: Digital circuit designs for microcontroller and/or FPGA hardware. 5 experience (or equivalent) in development of embedded software/VHDL coding for digital electronics. Communications protocols and interfaces; SPI, LVTTL RS232, UART, GPIO, CAN and JTAG.
