Operations Manager and Clinical Lead

A learning disability residential and nursing care service is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to cover the Wiltshire area. Salary of GBP50K GBP55K, 6 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays. It is my clients mission to grow and evolve all their services whilst also ensuring that their teams continue to provide the highest quality of care. As the Operations Manager and Trust Clinical Lead, you will oversee more than 10 services in the local area, which range in size from 2 to 5 bedded homes, and 1 small nursing home. The Role; Lead and manage the care team, motivating, inspiring and leading by example. Develop and implement all clinical policies and clinical training matters. Work with the Directors to develop a robust, high performing and outcome focused culture. Review and set internal quality standards. What you need; We are looking for a confident and assertive manager with a mix of clinical and operational experience that has the passion to help drive the business forward. You will be a registered nurse that is experienced in line managing staff and operational delivery. You will be able to understand and ensure compliance with health and social care regulatory bodies as required. You will have knowledge and understanding of the learning disability sector.
