Recruitment and Administration Assistant

My client, have a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment administrator to join their team, to work at their wellestablished domiciliary care branch based in Milton Keynes. The Role There will be many varying duties that you would be required to undertake including: * To assist in the recruitment of home care workers, by putting together recruitment packs, sending off references, gathering required vetting information, and interviewing candidates as required * To assist with general office duties e.g. general filing, typing, photocopying, organising and maintaining the office * To assist in maintaining an efficient financial and administrative system * To assist in reviews of all Homecare care workers induction and training needs on a regular basis * To maintain effective links and communication with local authority staff, carers, service users, relatives and other relevant individuals * Organising staff to attend training sessions, Recording and monitoring training records of staff * To assist the Branch Operations Manager in ensuring that all quality standards, complaints and comments are dealt with promptly and to record and report any complaints/ concerns in line with company policy. * To take on On Call duties when required * Preparation of reports as required. The Person: You will have experience within a similiar role ideally for a health and social care organisation.
