A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Software Engineer to join an established and growing automotive company based in the South Yorkshire area. My client are specialists in high performance drive control systems and are looking for engineers with experience of embedded C development and a keen interest in new technologies.
You will be working on software development, design and test in a full life cycle position where you will be rewarded with responsibility and progression. Interested?
POSITION: EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER (Mid and Senior Positions available)
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 + Benefits
Location: South Yorkshire (commutable from Barnsley, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Doncaster)
Skills:
- 2 years + commercial experience with embedded C development
- Bare-metal or RTOS development
- Full SDLC experience
- MODBUS or CAN bus experience desirable
- MISRA compliance desirable
- Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering etc. or equivalent industry experience
