Property Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and customer service driven Property Manager based in South East London to work for one of London's most prestigious independent professional estate agents. Our client pride themselves on their customer service and are repeatedly winning awards for this. A fantastic opportunity for a customer focused, enthusiastic and organised Property Manager that has the passion to succeed and grow within an already ever expanding company, with a minimum of 12-18 months experience within a Property Management position.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• General maintenance of properties, instructing contractors, obtaining quotes, raising job instructions, ensuring work completed and adhere to budgets set.

• Deposit Scheme (TDS)administration & managing refunds

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety including arranging gas safety and electrical performance testing, smoke alarm & CO2 tests and legionnaires risk assessments.

• Conduct periodic property visits and prepare reports for landlord

• Contractor liaison / work orders

• Key management daily/weekly audits

• Develop excellent long term relationships with both clients and tenants

• Working closely with the Managers and Negotiators to ensure clients are given excellent advice and service at all times.

This Property Manager role is paying a salary of GBP28,000 dependent on experience.
