The Role
The Head of UK Sales is a critical role for my client. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the role is pivotal to ensuring the success of the commercial business objectives. The role holds full responsibility for the UK New Business Sales Team (circa 7 people) and for delivery of the UK new business sales number. The role includes responsibility for executing the sales strategy for both Direct and Channel sales to schools, colleges, Academy Trust and LA's. We would also expect the role holder to lead and deliver some of the largest, most crucial new business opportunities.
The Candidate
This is a senior level role for an experienced Sales Manager, therefore you will have a successful proven track record within Software sales into Education or into the high-end markets with high-value contract wins. Success Characteristics
Proven track record in Software sales - Educational sector would be an advantage
