Regional Manager - Financial Planning - Wealth Management - Permanent

One of the UK's leading Banking organisations is looking for a Financial Planning Regional Manager for their Wealth Management Division covering the Guildford and Southampton area.

You will embed the priorities, values, attitudes and plans that will transform the team and instil a sense of fellow-ship, personal involvement, commitment and engagement with the strategic vision of Financial Planning and the wider group. Proactively and personally take full responsibility for managing all the Advisers in the Region regarding advice, day to day operation, service and risk in a way that delivers efficient business operations that contribute positively to overall P&L and commercial performance.

You will need to be QCF 4 qualified, be an inspiring leader, with managerial experience and the ability to handle times of adversity and crisis. You will have the ability to pro-actively develop and maintain strong business relationships, internally and externally. Coupled with this you will need excellent planning and prioritisation ability across the Division, considering the agenda of Wealth Management.

On offer is a competitive salary with pension and generous contributions from the Bank. Holidays allowance starts at 30 days with the option to purchase a further 5 days per year. Company car allowance worth GBP6,000 a year. Company funded individual private medical insurance.
