Business Development Executive
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to GBP23,000 p/a + benefits
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

We currently seek an experienced Business Development Executives (BDEs) to represent our Volkswagen Group client.
As a Business Development Executive, you would be responsible for the development of sales territories for business to business (B2B) fleet sales.
The role involves:
- Helping our VW Group client increase their B2B sales by identifying new fleet sales opportunities
- Managing a database of new and existing customers
- Booking appointments and qualified sales leads
- Developing a robust sales pipeline of future opportunities
- Promoting the VW brands positively and enthusiastically
- Demonstrating world-class customer service, building excellent relationships.
Directly relevant experience is not necessary, however we are looking for:
- Excellent communicators, comfortable having conversations with people at different levels
- Curious, engaging people, comfortable investigating facts and learning new things
- Organised, self-motivated people with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Good attention to detail with pride and ownership of work
- Whilst not essential, an interest in the automotive industry is beneficial
- Strong IT skills; any experience of using CRM/Database systems is advantageous
- Adaptable and mature, candidates should love working in a dynamic, environment.
