Main duties
• General administration support - printing, filing and scanning documents
• Full diary management including meeting bookings, room bookings and diary planning
• Co-ordinating and booking travel arrangements and accommodation for the team
• Provide document management and administrative support to the team
• Document Administration - Utilise Microsoft Office to deliver work and services including word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, internet, intranet and email.
• Ensure organisation of the team by developing and maintaining and effective administrative filing system
Skills
• Strong administration experience from a fast paced environment
• Previous experience in a PA / Legal Sec capacity
• Previous experience from a legal business or professional services background
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Packages
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
