Senior Building Surveyor MRICS - Slough

We're currently seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join a boutique practice located in Slough.

My client is a multi-discipline private practice who offer Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Architectural services. They're involved in a healthy variety of projects across the commercial, education and residential sectors. The majority of their work is located in Slough and surrounding Berkshire area.

You will be involved in a heathy mixture of project and professional work including; building surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters and schedules of condition. Other duties include liaising with contractors and clients, you will also have business development opportunities.

You'll be Chartered MRICS and come from a private practice background. We're looking for a surveyor who is driven and proactive. You will work well independently along with bringing fresh ideas to a team environment. Proficient in AutoCAD and have strong contract administration skills is also required.
