We are currently recruiting for a Team Support Assistant to support a dynamic and progressive team of an Investment Company going through a period of rapid growth. The team are very focused on providing a first class service to their clients and as part of this they are looking for someone who will proactively support the team and produce high quality presentations and reports. You will have the opportunity to put forward new ideas and get involved with improving the efficiency of the administration function for this team and to make your own mark. Specifically, this will involve carrying out the following duties:
- Production of high quality documents following our brand guidelines and standard templates to ensure consistent formatting and styling.
- Production and manipulation of Microsoft Excel charts.
- Production and manipulation of numerical information in Microsoft Excel.
- Using your design and communication abilities to help us effectively represent ideas and concepts within written documents.
- Copy typing.
- Organising team diaries, meetings (including resources and catering) and travel effectively.
- Answering telephone and e-mail queries promptly.
- Taking accurate meeting minutes as required.
- Creation and maintenance of filing systems and archiving.
- Providing suggestions to improve our service offering and processes.
- General administration support including faxing, photocopying, scanning, binding and dealing with team post.
- Providing ad hoc support to the wider office support team.
We are looking for someone who thrives working under pressure and proactively seeking new work and ways in which to support the wider team. You will have the ability to input into their communication, in particular designing visually engaging ways to present complex concepts or messages. We are also looking for someone with the following:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to produce and manipulate written and pictorial content
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Desire to challenge the status quo and suggest improvements * Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the production and manipulation of charts
- Desire and ability to contribute towards data analysis and monitoring functions, including data input and manipulation within Microsoft Excel and Access
- Flexibility to respond to changing demands and take on additional responsibilities as required.
